CANCELLATION POLICY

By making an appointment through this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined below, and that you agree to all applicable fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, and deposits. Thank you for understanding! Booking your appointment confirms that you agree to the following: CANCELLATION POLICY: ✴︎ We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. Prior to 48 hours, you are allowed to reschedule one time without losing your deposit. Any additional reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be charged to rebook. If you do not reschedule or cancel before the 48 hour cut-off, you forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book. ✴︎ Rosa Alba Skincare reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 48 hour advance notice. ✴︎ No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services. ✴︎ If full payment is not received for your cancellation you must pay the invoice prior to booking another appointment at Rosa Alba Skincare. ✴︎ A client with repeated cancellations or no-shows/ failure to abide by spa policies will be terminated from booking future appointments at Rosa Alba Skincare. LATE POLICY: ✴︎ Please text/call to notify us in the event that you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. You may be asked to reschedule, and charged a fee of 100% of your scheduled service. It is important that we have enough time to thoroughly consult and treat your skin. Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. ✴︎ We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, deposits or services.
